Katie Smith

Katie Smith has more than a decade of experience in real estate, with a focus on title and real estate closings in Florida, including specializations in pre-closing, post-closing, closings, and client relations. From humble beginnings with an entry-level position at a prominent Atlanta law firm, she worked her way up to managing departments in charge of large volumes of closings- up to 600 bank-owned properties a month.  

Soon after, Katie joined one of the largest investment firms in the country and helped foster the growth of a national title company, working with investor groups across the South, including markets in Georgia, Florida, Tennessee, North Carolina, and South Carolina. Her duties included preparing clients for successful acquisitions and dispositions of properties in several markets, as well as a continued emphasis on a customer-oriented service model. 

Her value-add is not limited to experience in the title field- she is also incredibly passionate about her work, believing that the process of working with clients is among the most exciting- and rewarding- experiences that a person can have. In her role, she cherishes the opportunity to facilitate real estate transactions, which are often significant milestones in the lives of sellers, buyers, and agents. Katie's consistent goal is to make that milestone an exciting one and to imbue a sense of confidence in her clients to enable smooth and reliable transactions and closings.
